Junior / Intermediate Systems Engineer

Systems Engineer will be responsible for customer related technical aspects of projects and troubleshooting engagements.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Prior experience with LAN networking infrastructure
  • Experience with firewall/vpn products
  • Understanding of modern network infrastructure security risks
  • Understanding of local and global network infrastructure design
  • Prior experience with network equipment installation is an asset
  • Networking industry certifications is an asset
  • Experience with Linux OS is an asset
  • Experience with troubleshooting and survey tools is an asset
  • Responsible for green field installations and troubleshooting engagements
  • Prior project management experience is an asset
  • Expected to maintain technical certification status with key product vendors
  • Additional training will be provided

Inside Sales Representatives

The Inside Sales Representative will develop accounts where x10 Networks can position its products and capabilities in order to assist the customer with solutions that best suits their needs.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Uncovering new opportunities and managing existing customer accounts
  • Working with account manager and technical team to achieve company’s business objectives
  • Provide post-sales service by following through and expediting orders
  • Maintain marketing activity with cold and warm calls for new market initiatives
  • Identify customer requirements and recommend solutions in all facets of our business
  • X10 Networks will provide sufficient resources to assist you in becoming technically knowledgeable about our various product offerings

Account Manager

The Account Manager will serve as a primary business contact for the client and will be responsible for any technical and business engagements within the account.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Responsible for all client communication and conflict resolution
  • Work closely with inside sales/marketing team to develop new leads and opportunities
  • Regularly meet with existing and potential customers to discuss any existing or future projects
  • Maintain relationships with X10 key business partners
  • Maintain up to date record and keep track of all opportunities in the CRM
  • Act as a main point of contact for the customer for any business related issues and escalations
  • Maintain knowledge of products and understand company’s value proposition
  • Effectively represent X10 business partner’s technical solutions
  • Work with X10 technical resources to address customer issues
  • Follow up on leads generated by marketing team
  • Maintain awareness of technical projects and technology/business trends
  • Conceptual understanding of LAN/WAN infrastructure and security
  • Prior experience is required
  • Additional training will be provided
