Terms and conditions
- X10 Networks complimentary post implementation support is available for 30 days. The complimentary support is limited only to issues related installation performed by X10. Issues non-related to implementation performed by X10 will be subjet to service charge as per below.
- Support cases outside of 30 days complimentary support require a valid support contract or will be a subject to a incident support fee plus hourly rate charge.
- Incident support request fee is a one time fixed cost per incident (estimated at a rate of two hours), plus additional hourly rate based on time spent resolving the issue.
- Support tickets will be answered as per Service Level Agreement specified in support contract.
- Support tickets without valid support contract will be answered on priority basis.
